The Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management is the only institutions in Bangladesh which fulfils its’ target ‘one student – one employment’. Since the very outset of the institute it arranges employments of its’ graduates in the hotel and tourism sector. On the part of this service it invites foreign delegates to visit at this institute premises and take face to face interview. Upon interview the graduates are selected by the overseas delegates and they visa for the selected ones. In the year 2010 two times the institute arranged Job Placement Interview of our graduates at the institute campus on 25^{th – 27th of April, 2010 and 5th – 6th October, 2010. Last year in 2012 for the third times the institute arranged Job Placement Interview of our graduates at the institute campus on 9th – 11th of January, 2012 in presence of the delegates from Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers Hotel, Dubai.. A high number of students and graduates had been interviewed and 33 of them finally selected and they got 3 years duration Dubai Residence Visa.}
